FAQ

Why do I need to log in again, even if I am already logged in at the teams client?

The Agile Task Board needs to retreave information from Microsoft Graph and SharePoint Online. This communication is secured by the Microsoft identity platform. Sometime refresh and access tokens are not present, expired nor can be passed automatically into the authentication flow. At this time the user needs to provide credential manually.

Does the Agile Task Board store my data?

No, the Agile Task Board does not store your lists and tasks at any moment. Your data remains within your own Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. We prioritize the privacy and security of your information, and we do not share any of your data with any third party. Your data is kept confidential and accessible only within your M365 environment.

Users continue to get "need admin approval" when trying to log in from Teams.

If users continue to encounter the "need admin approval" message when trying to log in to the Agile Task Board from Teams, it could indicate that the necessary permissions have not been granted.

Depending on the settings within the Azure Active Directory (AAD), individual users may not have the ability to grant the required rights to the Agile Task Board app. In such cases, it becomes necessary for an administrator to grant the required permissions on behalf of the users.

For more detailed information and instructions on granting the necessary permissions, please refer to the following page.
